Information for faculty application to GUROP.
- Faculty Research Project Description. Submission of the form is the responsibility of the faculty research mentors.
- Faculty/Student Assistantship Agreement. Faculty and student complete this form together, and submit as hard copy. Make a copy for your files.
- Faculty should remind their student researchers to complete the online Student Data Form.
Generally, the forms are due on Friday of a semester’s second full week of classes.
