A successful GUROP application includes the following:

 We have now cleared (and saved) the data from fall semester GUROP applications so there should be no futher problems entering your information for spring semester projects and participants. Please don't forget to download, complete, and sign the faculty-student agreement form (part 3 in the process), and drop off in Gervase, Room B-03, or ICC 650. You also can scan and email it to gurop@georgetown.edu, or fax to 202-687-9513. Thanks!

  1. A GUROP Student Data Form. Student applicants MUST complete this form online order to gain approval for the research assistantship.
  2. A Faculty Research Project Description. Faculty research mentors will submit this form to provide more detail about what the research is about, and what qualifications are required/desired in the GUROP research assistant.
  3. A Faculty-Student Assistantship Agreement. Faculty and student complete this form together, and submit as hard copy.  Make a copy for your records.

Deadline for all forms: Friday of the semester’s second full week of classes.
