Summer GUROP Application: Gervase Programs: Learning to Lead

A successful GUROP application includes the following:

1. A completed application form and hard copy documents.

2. A Summer GUROP Student Data Form (required for GUROP approval; completed by the student in order to receive a monetary award and/or transcript notation). This form must be completed online.
