- The Office of Fellowships, Awards, and Research is happy to provide formal guidelines and review for letters of recommendation being written for fellowship application purposes. A fully funded program that allows top science students to receive their doctorate from the University of Oxford or the University of Cambridge at an accelerated pace. - USAID Donald M. Payne International Development Fellowship
The Payne Fellowship Program provides benefits valued at up to $90,000 over two years toward a two-year master's degree, arranges internships on Capitol Hill and at USAID missions overseas, and provides professional development and support activities.
